SHIPPING All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days. After 7 days, you
may request a tracking number for your order by emailing us at: quickutzoutlet@gmail.com. Please include your order number with the email. Orders shipped within the USA, will get a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 for orders between $1 and $99.99. Orders above $100 will get free shipping. Heavy orders (above 2lbs) shipping to HI,AK, PR, and some other territories will incur higher fees. For International customers, we offer 2 standard shipping methods. If your order can be sent using the flat rate mailer the shipping fee is $16. However if your order is larger and we cannot fit into a flat rate mailer, we will use the next available option up to the $42 flat rate box automatically. You WILL NOT be contacted for approval unless the total shipping cost is over $60 which will only happen when buying heavy items like tools, folders, storage.. RETURNS If, for
any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply
return the item(s) within thirty (30) days for a merchandise refund or
exchange. Products beyond thirty (30) days from date of purchase,
special orders, and shipping and/or handling charges are not returnable or refundable.
